Rachel Steetle
During a career break from management consulting, Rachel founded Windy City Pet Care in late 2025 and now works as a full-time pet caregiver. She holds an MBA from Boston College. In her free time, Rachel loves to travel to off-the-beaten-path destinations and wine regions.
Rachel lives in Printers Row with her bloodhound mix, Hunter, and tuxedo cat, Biscuit.

Stefanie grew up in Florida before making Chicago home. With a master's degree in Health Communication from Northwestern and a background in pediatric patient advocacy, she brings genuine patience and attentiveness to every pet in her care. In her free time, Stefanie loves attending the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.
Stefanie lives in Gold Coast with her cheerful zebra finch, Sonic, who loves to sing and honk.
